    @jaymeeliz hi,i think will be better to go and see ur doctor if your baby dosn’t say not much by 9months. try and speak more to him in smiley way by saying like mama dada talk talk :) eye contact it’s good,also if you put him to watch Tv cartoon he or she will love that.best of luck.bless.

    My baby was babbling a lot by 5 months, words like nyenye, jinjin, nde.. But then he lost interest now he’s 8 months and doesn’t speak a lot, he just says a lot of ooohs and ahhhs… Is that normal?

    I agree with a lot of this, but there are great techniques you can use from the time baby is born – not just wait til it is 3 months old. Mirroring, baby talk ( parentese), singing and nursery rhymes can all start the day the baby is born.
