Both the systems are going to witness various changes. Now you are feeling more comfortable with the fact that you are pregnant. The symptoms at the 19 weeks pregnancy are described below.

Lots of developments have been marked in your baby by this time. Little bud has now reached to 7.5 inches in length and his weight is about 7 ounces. There have been significant improvements since the last week. Lots of functions are now getting started performed. Kidneys have started performing its functions as well. Urine is now been produced by kidneys. Gums are also getting formed by mouth, besides this, hair have also started coming on the scalp. Your baby is getting more active due to the replacement of cartilage with bones.

You may also experience various changes in your body. The exterior parts of your body are also undergoing various changes. Flakes leading to dry skin along with rashes are forming on your body. They are formed as the metabolism rate of your body is getting increased and you are suffering from lots of sweating and heat rashes. So, to avoid much water loss from your body, you should try to replenish it back. Fluids intake should be increased. Water should be taken in huge amount. You should maintain a respectable distance with caffeine. Caffeine harms a lot in pregnancy. Heart rate and blood pressure are increased due to the consumption of caffeine in pregnancy. You should always try to stay hydrated. The effect of rashes and flakes can be reduced to a significant amount with the use of good and effective skin lotions. You can choose to go for cocoa butter to avoid stretch marks. Problems in skin can also be reduced by consuming good pregnancy diet consisting of all the vitamins and minerals in a proper ratio.

The middle of your pregnancy term has finally approached. At this stage, your baby has started responding to the outer surroundings. So you should try each possible effort to keep your baby calm. Try to live in peaceful places and live away from the places with too much noise as this can upset your baby. Listening soft and soothing music can help a lot in this direction.

It is very crucial time for you and your baby. So you are required to take proper care at this stage. Visit your medical practitioner often. Take medicines at right time. Vitamins and other supplements should be taken.
